Every package shipped with USPS has $100 insurance included. If you wish to add more insurance to cover the full cost of your package, you may do so.
 
For example, if your total order comes to $165, you would want to add the "up to $200"insurance option to insure if your package was to be lost, you would be reimbursed for the full amount and not just $100. 
 
$1000 insurance automatically comes with the required signature included in the price. 
 
If your package was to get lost, you would need to file a claim with USPS to receive your insurance payout.
